I have over 30 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, including over 26 years of dedicated service at USAA. My career has been focused on creating digital experiences that resonate with military personnel and their families. My user experience journey is driven by a commitment to excellence, where every pixel serves a purpose in supporting our collective mission—serving those who serve. I specialize in high-impact UX/UI design that bridges the gap between complex systems and intuitive user needs. During my time at USAA, I have had the opportunity to work as a UX/UI Designer across most of the CoSAs—companies or staff agencies—that make up USAA, including roles in Banking, Investing, Life Insurance, and the Member Service Representative (MSR) Portal, with the last 10 years focused on Property & Casualty Auto and Home Insurance.
